After talking about the products’, the influencer will make a call to action. And this is mostly used in a promotion, coupon code, giving a discount. And all of that in a certain sens of emergency to make sales.

    • To break it down, I will say influencer marketing is a system where, someone who knows people interested in a product. Will contact them and based on his knowledge of the product, convince them to buy. And he will get a commission from the supplier of the product. Nowadays, it is mostly done online. Where you advise your friends and followers to buy products. I hope this may help you understand better.

  2. This was a very thorough look at what influence marketing is, how to become an influencer, and where to offer your services once you have attained the status through working the angles that you have included to become an influencer. I often hear of mad money being paid to some of the biggest names and personalities, but it can also be done by those that may not have the name recognition.

I like that you have added in some of the steps to take to become known as an influencer, as this will speed the process up. It can take years in the offline world, and normally is backed up by a wide array of experience and education. In these days of the internet and the social platforms, that process is not necessary.

If you are to make a difference in a niche or market, these are steps you would want to take anyway to be able to grow your business faster than by selling or promoting other’s products via more traditional (for the internet this means email marketing, content marketing, video marketing, etc.) means.

It is a way to leverage the work you are putting in overall to create another stream of income from a source you already have developed – namely leads and followers. Why not add this stream in. The only caveat I would say to this is that you must promote only products that complement what your niche is, and you must be careful how you market the product as an influencer.

Thanks for this useful and educational post. I have bookmarked it as it is one of the best explanations of the entire influencer marketing concept that I have run across. I like to show proof when I talk about something, and this article sheds light from your perspective on how to to become an influencer in the online marketing world.

  4. Hello Davina,

Impressive this is one of the most important news for the customers as well as influencers. Influence marketing is one of the best ways to identify the most useful product for consumers. This is a type of business where the workers check out the products and give a fair opinion. This site mainly works in the media to create relationships with the people who can build relationships for you. The influencer generally creates a video to overview the product, how to use full it is and the demanding price. They must show honesty in their reviews so that the customers can trust them blindly. Influencers always will give priority to the consumers need. And here influencers will be connected to the third party member or companies to collect the review unite.

At last, I want to say, this is such a good way to check out the products before buying. All the products are not for all customers. So influencers help customers to pick up their useable product, compare to their basics needs.

Thank you so much for such a nice post.

    • Hi Khan

An influencer has to take care of his/her business. And that’s mean being completely in sync with your audience. Keeping your audience happy is the main goal. That is why an influencer needs to be honest otherwise your audience will feel cheated and will never buy from you.

      Thanks

  7. There is a lot of information in your post, and I’m not sure I understand it all.  I’m glad I found this post, though,  because have been hearing about influencer marketing and was wondering what it was.

Okay, are you saying we should look for an influencer to write a post for our website, or are you saying we need to learn to become influencers ourselves, or are you saying both?  I gather that you mean both.

So, to become an influencer, do we need to be in the online business for a certain period of time, or should we have our website developed to a certain point?  Or is it a good idea to find an influencer to help you build your website with their influence?

Wish I could sit down with you and ask all my questions, as the waters are still a bit murky.

    • I am presenting both options to you. As a online business owner, you may need the services of an influencer to help you reach a bigger audience and eventually make sales.

And when your brand is well established, you can take advantage of that and become an influencer also helping other small businesses to take advantage of your audience.

But to become an influencer, you can sign up with platforms like izea, you will see what requirements are needed in order to to land contract and deals with different brands.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask any question.

      thanks
